Which Method to Choose?

We can receive files up to 50 megabytes by email. If that is not a viable option we can set up a secure, password protected FTP site for your company on our ftp server, but we will need a little time for setup and testing to ensure your confidentiality is maintained. 

We are always happy to come to your office or have you drop by with a CD, DVD or USB drive. (There's nothing like a little face to face time in this digital world).

Another option is a third party software plugin called Pando.

Which Version To Download?

Please choose either the Windows version, or the Macintosh version, as appropriate for your computer.

Installing PANDO

After downloading, if your Microsoft Outlook is open, close it, then double- click on the downloaded PANDO file to install it.


Using PANDO

After installation you can run PANDO from your Start menu, and you can also use PANDO from inside Outlook.  Just use Outlook as you normally do and you will see a PANDO prompt when you have large attachments.  If you prefer, you can compose an email with attachments very easily within the PANDO program itself.  You can send entire folders with PANDO.


Please Include Printing Instructions In Your Email

Please include instructions in your email such as your deadline, the desired print size, number of copies, black-and- white or color, single- or double-sided, etc.  Also include your phone number in your email in case we have any questions.

Please be sure that your attachments are in a popular file format such as pdf, jpg, tif, eps, dwf and others. MAKE SURE YOUR SPECIAL FONTS ARE EMBEDDED IN THE FILE YOU SEND. Its the only way to faithfully reproduce digital images.
